Exterior Check
As part of your regular home watch check the property exterior and perimeter of the grounds are walked to look for any problems. Checking windows and doors, lights, fencing, mail or flyers, or anything out of place.
Interior Check
The other part of your regular check is a thorough interior walk through to visually ensure everything is the way you left it. All systems are checked for proper operation including heat or AC, lights, faucets and toilets, alarm systems, circuit breakers, doors and windows.

For anyone with a vehicle that sits idle you know the importance of regular starting and running. Your automobile can be started during the regular check and if you chose can also be driven briefly for fluid warm up and circulation. A battery maintainer is recommended.

It happens. Alarms go off in unoccupied homes all the time. Whether it is a burglar alarm or fire alarm, malfunction or otherwise, I can be the "runner" to assist Police or Fire personnel with access to your home, and reset all alarms.
